Hi! My plants have streched too much, I am afraid of bleaching and light burn, the lamp Is Mars Hydro TS1000 it is switched on 100%, I cannot move it anymore higher from plants, what should I do to get the maximum yield from the plants without being damaged?

Do not top in flower, fact.
Read about supercroping. Plan well, have ties, think to witch place that timber will go, have everything ready and do it. Only way when you run out of space.
