Nutes during seedling stage

It's been a few days since I pulled one of my seedlings from germ and placed it into a solo cup with fox farms happy frog should I be adding nutes when keeping her moist? I've just been spraying with ph water

doesn't need it. your soil has a light charge of nutes too, if not mistaken.
a seed can power growth by itself early on. A substrate with a mild charge is no problem. Just don't overdose it.

I'd be careful spraying your plants. The droplets on leaves can cause burning under the lights.
