I have posted another question about this, but i wanted to update the photo so it's more clear. I checked my soil pH and it's a 9. I know i have to fix this but is it the cause of this?

Yea 9 is way too alkaline. Get it down. Might also be soil being a little hot. Give it some time. They are resilient little plants.

Not all seeds make it........some are duds, no matter what you do and this is probably one of those that will not make. Always plant more seeds than you think you will need, just in case you get duds. Life is too short to grow "maybes"! Seeds are unique, random organic beings, not factory produced items guaranteed to be 100% perfect.
