If inside get a good dehumidifier. Then you don't have to use anything on them that you will end up smoking later

Is this still good or is it ruined?Hung plants to dry and waited for stems to snap, unfortunately when I checked the buds were so crispy they basically crumbles in my hands. I heard this could be mold/rot also. Did I mess up and over dry my buds, or is this something much more awful? Is this still salvageable?

7th week flowering mold problem. mold instead of seedlingsTrying to germinate our seeds right into the soil, planted 72hrs ago. Covered with mason jars and now have white mold starting to grow on soil. The temp has stayed around 22 and the humidity around 65%. Should I remove the seeds and go to paper towel method instead?
