Laurel Leaves are drying up

Hi growers! Today I noticed that the laurel leaves are drying up. EC and PH are normal. Do you know what it could be?

Spots on leaves after giving water without nutrients I fed my plants last week. I have an intake fan blowing cold, humid air from outside into my tent and my plants are only drinking once a week. Please help to identify deficiency / excess???7 weeks, autoflower, soil + perlite, giving water with RQS Easy Bloom (half a tablet per 3 liters), pH of the watering mixture is 6.5. The bottom leaves on one of the plants are turning yellow (starting from the tips) and slowly dying , while the top leaves tips look very burnt.
