Hey roberts if it was N tox would it not be darker and likely have worse tip burn? Also said they were only running bloom.. Actually now that I look at it and looked up feeding schedule you are under feeding by a lot. Feed schedule says: 50ml bloom for 10L water or 25ml for 5L You are giving 1/5 of that.

Nitrogen toxicity. You should be cutting back on nitrogen and giving more potassium.

Oh, also what is your nutrient solution ppm/ec and pH

Could be a few things. First let's get some info: Is it affecting all leave/all of plant? Is plant dried out fully between waterings? Do you have fans pointed directly at the plant, and are they on full blast, are they oscillating, and are the areas they hitting hardest having the issue worse than rest of plant? What is environmental conditions looking like? (Humidity / Temperature) What is your growing medium? (Coir/hydro/soil) What kind of light, how far from plant, is it on full power? That could be wind damage/burn, could be overwatering, could be light stress, or a number of other things.
