White edge around leaves

I am unsure why the white color around the edges but applied prevention neem oil and diatomaceous earth in a spray with water.

Brown marks on leaves and drooping, sad plant Some issues developing with the FCxForum strain, some brown markings on the leaves, no signs of this on the DeezNugs.
