Personally I would say no..........cannabis plants are "designed" to cope with full sun, all day, every day.
I have always run my lights at 100% and with both "veg" and "bloom" spectrums turned on, from day one until harvest day.
However, you may want to check the manufacturers' website for their recommendations for the particular light you are using.........some might say 50% for seedlings, 75% for veg and 100% for flowering for example.
By adjusting the height of your lights, it is fairly simple to stay in the "safe zone" regarding intensity.........heat is probably a bigger enemy.

So i have veg and bloom switches, should i keep both on when growing autoflower? Or keep veg until start of bloom and then work only with bloom light ou even both lights on bloom?

If I add more LED light in Late flowering tent, Is it going to benefits the yield? Currently running under P1000 Led (100W) in 2x2.5x6 Tent , ScrogHello! Now i have finish one tent (Gog) , I have extra LED P600 100W. So If i use it in my 2nd tent (PGK) which now in late flowering phase (still has another 2-3 weeks to finish). Is that ok to do?
