Not much you can do at this point except to let her alone and see if she recovers. What you've basically done is to top the plant - she may recover in time to set flowers, she may not - only time will tell.

It should not have any effect, except a positive one. It actually could improve your yeilds! Just like topping it
Which is a HST method. Now you can move your lights closer to the canopy for a better yeild and your canopy should stay even now! Hopefully it works in your favor!
