Oh my goodness.... yes, you ARE in trouble, aren't you!! And this is an auto to boot so you don't have the opportunity to re-veg... ai ai ai!!!! All I can tell you is what I had to do with my Tangerine Dream - first, I had to actually lay my light on top of the cross bars of the tent... that got them up as far as I could without unzipping the tent and hanging the light from a beam in the ceiling (which I was contemplating! Then I got loaded up with strips of soft cloth and pulled those long stalks over as far as I could without breaking them - I used duct tape to tape the strips to the sides of the tent, wherever they needed to be to hold the stalks where I wanted them... then I got I some LST clips and just kept using them everywhere I could to keep the height down.... I even did some HST accidentally - but they didn't care and I'm thinking perhaps your plant is not going to care either... HST is where you bend the branch hard but be careful not to snap it off.
I really feel for you - I didn't face this problem until later in my grow - but you're only in week 6... oh man...
You might actually have to consider unzipping the top of your tent... you can get some hard foam insulation that has foil on it and make a structure resembling a roof for your tent and find some way of attaching the light to your room's ceiling...
More than that, I can't tell you .... again, if this wasn't an autoflower, you'd have a whole lot of other options..
Good luck... my heart goes out to you!
