Why is one leaf yellow AND shiny?

Plant has one leaf that is yellow on one side, and shiny/dark and curling up on the other side? From what I've read those are 2 opposing issues (light burn or nitrogen deficiency/or toxicity) the others are pretty much uniform, Could this be from getting water droplets on leaves?

It's a nitrogen toxicity, you can noticed the red stems (meaning that N avoid P absorption) :)

Leaves continue to get yellow and fall off. Plant dying, bud looks okay.Still having issues with my plant. Leaves are getting more and more yellow and 2 have fallen off. How can I fix high runoff EC and pH?EC high (0.2ms/cm in, 0.6ms/cm out), pH runoff a little high (6.71 in, 7.18 out). 2 Yellowing Fan LeavesI have 2 large fan leaves from the main cola turning yellow and 1 almost looks crisp or burnt on the edges.
It is only 2 of the leaves and by my reckoning, they are 2 of the oldest leaves on the plant.
From research, it could be the bump in nutes or water issue.
Any ideas?

Seedling yellow tipsOne of 4 seedlings has developed yellow tips. Leafs have been curled down since it sprouted. It's about a week old, FFOC soil w/Perlite, Mykos, 3 gal fabric pot. Have been watering until soil is damp using finger test, about a cup or 2 a day. Added 2 ml of silica boost yesterday
