The plant seems to have thrip, at flower stage.

I always use neem oil for pest control. When you are dealing with thrips just spray the leaves (top and bottom) with neem oil. They should be gone within a week. When you are dealing with a pest inside the soil like gnats. Than you can just give neem oil with waterings. Than they should also be gone within a week.

Grab yourself some Dr. Zymes Eliminator... it's organic and can be used up to the day of harvest and will kill/eliminate thrips, mites, whiteflies, aphids...
