Odd looking. Buds producing small leaves

Those are the sugar leaves and I read the pics here as saying your buds have a LOT of growing yet to do (going to be monsters!). I would not worry about them in the slightest... as the buds fatten up, they'll be incorporated into the bud... what remains showing when you harvest will be trimmed off - and they're loaded with trichomes so you may want to save them in a kief pile to do something yummy with them later... Sad if it is,check your light timer, I've had a couple throw random periods of light into dark, it don't take much, tent light leaks is another, even led on in tent equipment. May not even be, might be a quick burst from extra water,light,feed Good luck 👍

She is not revegging, she is reflowering that it's normal in some strains(expecially sativa) . start to flush for 1 week/10 days and then harvest if thricomes will be 50-75% brown. I think she will continue to reflowering but don't worry about that
