Looks fine to me buddy, try some lst by tying the plant down to shape it buddy. Check my diary's out for a view of what I'm on about mate. You will end up taking alot more leaf off that girl before you are finished lol enjoy

No the trimm is fine.
It depends on strain and light how small or big she will be.
