Noticing a few of the leaf tips are curling up. What is that indicating and does anything need to be done or adjusted to resolve? Additionally.... Does this plant look as it should for Germination +11 days.... Thank you in advance for your help......

I don't know what you are seeing, but the pictures in your diary show normal, happy and healthy seedlings. If anything has changed, you will need to post some new pictures showing the exact areas of concern/problems.
