Hey how’s everyone doing my question is can I defoliate this early in the flowering stage and if so will defoliating help buds get thicker and fuller? Thanks in advance

no it wont help it will only slow grow to make more leaf on flower flower need leaf to grow in the last few day of budding then yes you can take them off

Your plants don't have tight node spacing and excess fan leaves to require defoliation.
In your circumstance defoliation will likely hinder growth and bud thickness as a result of less photosynthesis.
