I have a CFL 125w for the first two weeks
then I have a 250w Hps for the flo

i use a 250 w hps both for veg and flo, i start seedling with hps at 70cm let the plants grow the first weeks until the lamp is 40 30cm from plants top's then i start moving the lamp upward as the plants grow.
with your 125w cfl the first two weeks 40 50 cm seem a good distance to start with

Hey I try to have the distance around 40cm or 18inches or so. Don’t go more then 20inches though. Your distance would be getting to great for the plant and then she will just stretch too much and fall over.

Seems ready way before advertised flower timeReady to harvest? Not something I usually struggle with but breeder suggests 9-10 weeks flower and I’m just coming to the end of week 8.
