When to stop tucking under the net?

My autos are now in the beginning of week 5 and have already made quite a stretch during week 4. My question is what a good indicator for stopping would be or the perfect moment basically.

I would leave it as is mate. If after the stretch u feel its still not to your liking you can always put another net in there to spread it out. Done double scrog nets a few times.

As long as the stretch continues, continue your training. As you get another week or two into flower the stretching will dramatically slow and the plant will really focus on bud production and there won't be any new training required.

So we are at 4.5 weeks standing about 6.5 inches. Is it to early to start training? This is a strictly outdoor grow so mother nature is in complete control of lighting. Sun up 6am sun down @ 10pm roughly. Temps range anywhere from 75°-95° F daily & 65 -75 @ night humidity 70-90%

Remove lower branches on this grow?Should I just remove the lower branches or keep them? They are getting pretty heavily shaded but I rotate the grow bag daily to expose the under canopy growth. This is the only plant I have ever not been able to LST the main Cola, I opted to top it and LST'ed the lower branches.
