Tiny worms in the growth mediumI grow in an indoor growing with a coconut substrate. I have recently noticed small and tiny dots. At first I did not refer and they looked to me like pieces of perlite. But recently I noticed that they move and float when I water. There is nothing in the plant or flowers.

Shes bushy and harder to LST for air flow/light to the lower sites. The larger leaves are laying on the top of the bucket, and there's moisture when lifted. I'm using a larger fan to keep air moving. Do you recommend trimming some leaves during veg? Also which leaves would I cut?Week 4

I just found a couple holes in my banana blaze stems with some small egg-like stuff coming out of them , it looks like my first grow (outdoor) and I think it was some sort of stem borer/moth .
