When to stop LST

My question is when do I stop tying my girls down and just let them grow? You can see from my photos that I've got quite a good spread now, should I just let them do their thing or carry on tying? Thanks in advance

Let them loose in stretch so they dont get stressed at all, and then when stretch is over make some gentle tweaks before everything starts to get too woody, once vertical height stops you shouldn't have to make too many adjustments - if something is too hard to bend and you worry about breaking it just go gentle over a few days of constant small adjustments.

Lst questionI bent my plant over with ties but now it’s just a Bush am I supposed to pull the side shoots and tie those down as well they don’t really move very far they are sorta short, am I waiting for it to grow a bit then try to tie more or will just the tie sideways be enough

Advice on defoliation/LST - getting too chaotic hereIs it fine to cut off some of the big fan leaves this early or should i just tie them down to expose the tops to more light? Two phenos started flowering at 23 daysThey look just fine don't they? I mean a few top leaves have suffered some heat stress, and some leaves can seem a bit droopy for some reason (definitely not from overwatering). But the RH is only 30-35%, I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with that, lack of preferred RH.

Too close to lightI’m on week 2 of flower and I’m about 30cm from light. I can’t move the light any further up because of carbon filter am I better moving filter to higher light or start training top to the side I’ll gain about 25cm but how do I stop it getting taller this was taken 2 days ago
