You want to have both spectrums. The ratio is more strain dependent, but red light should be used in conjunction with blue light to increase photosynthesis and plant size. Dual spectrum all the way. More reds can be added when flowering but don't take away the blues

Blues for veg and reds for flower. Full spectrum leds seems to be doing very well for all stages of cannabis growth

When to harvest? The pistil hairs are now starting to turn red(more so on 1) and I’ve begun looking at trichomes. More are cloudy than clear no real appearance of amber or red/brown in color. I have arbitrarily chosen day 80 as harvest because it falls on a weekend/no moon.
