How to fix claw and darkening of leaves and when to add nutes after

I'm getting the claw and darkening leaves from the bottom moving up. The soil I'm using is from the pot4pot kit so im not sure how best to move forward nute wise. Do I flush the soil with 6.3 ph water and then add nutes a few days after? Dr earth 4-4-4 and Dr earth 3-9-4

Would also recommend to simply flush and wait for it to get ready for nutrient uptake again 🌱👍

Flush your plant with 6.0-6.5 pH. Do not add any nitrogen for a while, claws and dark leaves are the most straightforward nitrogen toxicity signs. The claw should be gone in a day, leaf colour may take a bit longer. Avoid anything containing nitrogen for a few days and you should be good to continue with your regular feeding schedule.

Flush with 6.3, wait 24 hrs, if not fixed flush again and then feed when it is ready for another water.

Leaves cupping inwards4 weeks old and its been 2 days her leaves are cupping inwards, i started only calmag yesterday @ 1.5ml/L with a pH of 5.9 as I thought that might have been the cause.. but it hasn't perked back up. Week 5 leaves beginning to curl and claw slightlyUp until week 5 everything has been going smoothly but at day 31 I can see some leaves starting to curl and claw. This is 2 days after minor defoliation. I’m not sure what could be causing it, I turned the fan down a bit so it shouldn’t be airflow but maybe too little nitrogen?
