Problem with the relative humidity inside the aging jars

WEEDOOR
WEEDOORstarted grow question 4y ago
The humidity meter shows humidity in the 50% area and not as I expected in the 60% area. I can't get the humidity up and I'm afraid the flowers will be destroyed. I ventilate the jars every day and also tried to put a two-way moisture bag but nothing helped. Should I worry? Thank

I invested in slightly bigger jars (1 liter) and bought the Integra Boost Curing Packs - 2-Way Humidity Regulators 62% i agree with rap_a_cap on the unreliability of these cheap meters

These cheap chinese meters are totally untrustable. I've bought 10 and each meter show different measures. Boveda..... and take away all thoughts

No you shouldn’t worry mate, use just a boveda or similar pac 62% of humidity, M size is up to 30g in jar and for one or two months you still have good weed if you keep it in a dark and dry place 🔥💪🏻💚

The 2 way bags take a few days to get used to the environment. I leave mine in the jars a few days before putting the buds in. Always get 62% steady that way. So give them a few days to get adjusted. 50% for the few days wont make a huge difference.

Try grove bags for storage. Glass jars eventually lost humidity. And up the amount of 62% bovedas. You can always put more in there to get you where you want to be faster.
