UK super soil

Hi everyone. Does anybody in the UK have a recipe to create a super soil? Most of the information I've seen is from American growers and the ingredients are hard to source here. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Sorry—- usa here. But the keys are microbes and feeding them. Not a huge fan of living soil as it is very hot! I like charging up regular soil with mycorrhizae and microbes—- that’s living enough 😂

Suggested organic mix ratio in 3 gal. pot Buffered Coco, Worm castings, perlite, and Dr. Earth 4-6-3 , 4-4-4, and 3-9-4. Growing autoflowers in 3 gallon pots, not transplanting. Whataretheeeeeese The soil holds too much the water and takes too long to dry up, no fan or temps will drop bellow acceptable, so besides taking advantage of the sun whatelse to do? They seem to hold well and have steady grow even without watering for 5 days... they dont need oxigen or what?

Problem measuring EC. Is it my measuring device? Or maybe my measuring method? Im very confused. Help please!!I ve performed several EC readings in water comming off my pot when I water and they always give very high values: 3.5 to 4.5. People told me it shoudnt be higher than 2.5. Maintaining the soil pH I give pH'ed water, never more than 800ppm and I still always end up with lockouts. I used to not give water untill runoff but now I do. What to do after testing the runoff? It's currently at 6.0 even after a flush with 7.2. Ask many questions I need to know what I'm doing wrong.
