You have a pretty good light. But I will say, during flowering it never hurts to increase light power. The more light you give a plant in flowering the bigger those buds should get. Just my personal opinion. I don't care for blurp lights, but they still work vs nothing.

How large is your tent? Do you need more power than your HLG light?
I would want to run only the HLG since the light won't be even and I wouldn't want to be the plant under the burple. Plus, I hate the way burple lights make the plants look. White light makes it so much easier to asses the plant's health and spot problems early.

Everywhere I see 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flowering.
However at my place I get ~13hours of daylight (not always sunlight)
