The sprout gets above ground and sets it's first pair of true leaves. Then they seem to take a rest for 5-7 days where they grow slowly. I assume developing good roots. Then they start growing at normal speed again. But don't let the "pause" scare you. It is normal.

The first month it’s pretty slow going’s. It’s just as busy beneath the soil too. Usually by the 4th or 5th week you’ll notice explosive growth. Then a week or so later you should begin to see white pistols show. 🌱

All autoflower strains grow differently. For fast autoflower growth you want to give them as much air to the roots as possible. I wouldn't really judge it till week 3. It looks healthy to me.
