Raise NITROGEN?

Used coffee grounds are about 2% nitrogen For a 'coffee tea' I'd say a cup or two of used coffee grounds in say 4-5 gallons of liquid - I use it for my hydrangeas and they love it. Used coffee grounds also pretty neutral in pH.

That's a strange npk... not conducive to veg or flower (maybe ok for flower I suppose).... Sounds like you have half of a duo. Do some research and find out which one you're missing. Micronute fertz tend to be higher in N, so maybe check that out. I believe you can find 1-0-0 nutes if your unable to find the other part of your nutrient lineup.
