Are these bad mushrooms?

Mushrooms in my substrate! Came out today to water before lights on and noticed little groupings of mushrooms. I've read mixed things some saying it's a sign of healthy substrate but don't want spores blowing around any advice?

It's an actual mushroom! Those spores would have already been in your substrate so nothing you've done had caused it and its not harmful to your plant but I would probably remove them anyway. But mushrooms need dark, moist conditions, so maybe just double check your light cycle, humidity and extraction 🌱👍
