As soon as you see roots coming through the bottom it's ready to be transplanted to main set up

4 plants in 3x3. One plant, which I think has very different genetics, does not seem happy. All other plant left doing great AFAIK. Should I osolate it?Problem plant. No plant left behind! Are these lower branches a waste of energy/ are they good for clones?Hi all.
I’m on my first grow and I have these lower branches on each of my plants and I do not think they will be sufficient in creating buds as they are behind the rest of my canopy and most likely are draining energy.
Should I cull them and can they be used as clones?

How close to harvest? TrichomesGrowing 2 strains. GSC(1st pic) is much smaller and less dense buds, but trichomes look mostly amber. Is this good time to harvest the GSC? Also the Motorbreath(2nd pic) is less amber, is it too early to harvest? Thanks
