Topping during Flowering: good or bad?

Does topping “fast growing” colas during flowering (for light purposes) help or hinder flower dev and/or harvest? Or should I sacrifice tallest ones to possible bleaching? Canopy was level before flower, but a few colas took off, creating uneven SoG (6" diff)

hi! do not top them! i use to rise the shortest ones putting some bricks under the pots. that's the easiest way for me to have a leveled canopy. cheers!

I wouldnt top anymore. Just bend down the highest colas with LST and you should be fine, nice even grow....

White pistils close to harvest Hello growers! Thanks for your help. So I'm approaching harvest (yellowing leaves, mostly milky trichomes, fat buds) but many pistils are still white. Trichomes colors analysis I'm on day 50 of flowering and started checked the trichomes. I can see that they are not fully white (opaque) yet, but at the same time there are several amber/brown ones. I was planning to harvest about 10 days from now, what do you think?

Discoloration progressing from old fan to colas, is this a concern/requires action?I have some discoloration happening to OB5,more pics in week 6. Started first on few old fan leaves with yellow & brown/purple patches and now is occurring to the several of the colas and is spreading to more fan leaves.
