Help needed, my grow is about a month or so off finishing. ph low cal/mag deficient

I have a cal/mag deficiency and my PH is low at around 6. I want to raise my P.H and treat the deficiency. My water butt water is always 7 PH which I guess is fine to give them. I just purchased lime powder. and have cal/lmag liquid. How do I apply lime to bring up P.H in soil?

Thanks again, given 10 tsp to my mid size pots and watered it in, its brought the ph up to 6.5. Will add this to my soil pre grow, next time to save the problem arising again.

Hemp kid is right you need to mix it in your soil the best you can just agitate the soil abit sprinkle some in so on.

On lower leafs some brown patches started to appear and leafs are turning to a yellow color. Think is either Cal def by how it looks like or it is because of PH fluctuations as last week we changed our PH to 6.2 for 4-5 days and now it is back to 5.9 and under 24h spots appeared?

What is this deficiency with DWC, GH Trio, flower day 19 I'm in about day 19 of flower and a deficiency just showed itself in the last day or so. It's in the last 3 photos of week 3 of flower in my journal. Any ideas on what it is and how I could mitigate the problem? Grow has been essentially flawless up to this point, thanks!!
