Partial Germination. Help?Am I being impatient? These seeds only partially germinated. They stopped day 1 in the paper towels. It's been 3 days and they have since been in plugs for 2 of those days. What did I do wrong? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Oh I used filtered water.

Seeds not germinated after 3 days It’s been 3 days in cotton pads and the others have atleast an inch of taproot so why are these ones struggling? How long to wait until planting in soil? Will males revert back to veg if daylight is increased by only minutes daily?I'm flowering a male to create new genetics/seeds. I flower the males outside early spring (US - Michigan). Will more than 12hrs sunlight affect the males like it does females? Could I leave them outside without them reverting back to vegetative as the day hours increase?

Anybody know what strain it is ? Bloom breeder BF9 I just receive it as a present. Probably not a fem, but nothing is indicated, no flowering times, no terpene type, no genetic cross info and breeder won't answer. Can't find anything with those initials on their website and I don't know what the 9 stands for. Any idea ? Thx !
