They would work fine and give you something to train your plants to, probably won't need them to keep the plant upright though. Most of the problem keeping them upright would be during late flower and I would recommend something like plant yo-yos for that

I have never had a plant indoor have trouble staying upright but... those rings didn't work for my peonies or tomatoes so I consider them mostly junk. The straight little stakes pull out of the ground very easily allowing the whole plant to lean over. If growing in a tent I would use a net.

Use a double net. The first for veg the second to sustain bud weight.

Last week a couple of stems were going soft mid stem and becoming paper thin. Leaves all looked healthy. I think it was maybe a sign of over watering? Seems to be ok now but stunted the plant for about 5 days give or take. Would just like a rough idea to the causes.Week 4

Stunted growthThe plant looks like it has stopped growing in the last two weeks, what could be the cause? The temperatures have been really high this last week +30C, I have another royal dwarf around the same age as this one, growing in the same tent and it looks to be doing just fine.

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). They had a very rough veg life but now they seem happy in stable conditions. How do I look?
