No... neem oil is an organic foliar spray used for pest control. I wouldn’t use it at all unless you’re having some pest issue.

Unless you are having pest issues you don’t need it. If you are then follow the directions closely on how much to add to your water.

What kind of bug is this? CaliforniaFound this bug near my seedlings in the soil chilling, When he wasnt moving he kept all of his arms and legs together like a caterpillar but then it ran and looked kind of like a spider. I killed it asap before it got away sorry for the bad pic .
