Looks like light burn. I would say to back off your lights or dim them a bit.

Should I use distilled water instead of tap water and jus add nutes? I have a feeling my tap water is a little on the hard side 354ppmsIs distilled water better to use than tap water? My tap water reads 354 ppm, I have a feeling it's too hard so what I'm wondering is would I be better off using distilled and add nutes rather than using tap water? One of my plants fans are yellowing, spotting, pretty badly. The medium PH is 6.5, same as my other plants, but she just doesn’t seem to be liking it. I’m using nutrients, but not heavily. About a quarter teaspoon per gallon of the flora trio. It’s the mid fans not bottom or new.Week 6

Thinning leavesI'm also noticing my leaves are thinning out badly and clawing in some places. The RH has been down to like 17-18% but I was led to understand low RH is the goal during flower. For now I've put a very gentle humidifier in. RH now sits at ~30% is this okay?
