You should only ever remove fan leaves that are sick, blocking bud sites from light or too bunched up and could cause a moisture problem. I like to pull off lower bud sites but leave the fan leaves in the first week or two of flower. Then I pull off lower buds that won't get any light throughout til harvest. Most plants need around 7-8 weeks of flower minimum. Autoflowers still need about 7-9 weeks. Check your trichomes. If there clear it's far too early to harvest.

This plant is only just beginning to flower, with another 4-6 weeks of growth to go and by then, they will be much fatter and bigger. When they are mature and ready for harvest, the pistils/hairs will be 90-95% brown. The pure white pistils indicate that the plant is still very fertile and flowering will continue for many weeks still. The slow growth can also be attributed to the massive lollipopping and defoliation you have performed on this plant, both of which will slow growth and defoliation will really slow growth due to not having enough leaves to produce the energy she needs to grow her biggest and best flowers. The massive lollipopping will also affect the plants metabolism, causing great "shock/trauma" to the plant, further reducing growth potential. It is generally agreed that auto flowering plants perform best when left alone and no topping, defoliation or excessive lollipopping takes place. Given time, your plant will mature, but do not remove any more leaves, she needs every leaf she has to make the energy she needs to grow her flowers. Hope this helps,..... Organoman.
