decoloured spots, younger/mid leaves

Excess of nutrients.. Like weeks ago. and you have locked out your plant.. This is why she looks so yellow. She is not taking in very much nutrients at all. Regardless of being organic and chemical if the salts in your soil exceed 2000+ ppm then your plant will be "locked out". There is much nutrients in the soil that the osmotic pressure of the salts actually attracts the other salts. Feeding plants nutrients in Soil has a a lot of considerations and is not so easy as "start feeding at 2 weeks".
