Thrips reborning , too much of them

Nothing helps against thrips , first i was using neem oil , after i ordered Amazing Doctor zymes and it doesnt help too , i have too much infectation , hang yellow and blue sticks everywhere but these does not help too , help me please , what should i do?

2 part, first I found a few black dots (picture added to this week) which I thought might be pests but didn't move - research says it could be catapiller droppings but can't find any of those - what else could they be? Second I did find a spider chilling assume he's good?
