When to start LST

This is my first time growing with seriousness involved. Not just chuckingvrandom seeds in the ground. Most of my plants ate about 6 inches since they sprouted on november 27th. Should I start LST on them at this height? The pic on the right is after I tried it off for its 6h🌚

As a rule of thumb I wait untill the plant is out of it's seedling stage. This is usually indicated by the first five tipped leaf. When ya see that bend it like Beckham! 🤘😤

Its best to wait until the plant has 4-5 sets of true leaves before beginning LST. Happy growing.

I did an LST last time, but I'm not sure I did it right. Can you please tell me, given that the lateral branches are already very active, but the trunshould I do an LST in a 4-5 days? And maybe some tips. Last time I anchored the plant from the bottom so that the roots wouldn't come out of the ground from below and the stem wouldn't bend so much, and then pulled the stem over the top, is this correct?
