Inter nodal space is short. Should I increase the height of the LEDs? The stem is thin too. The plants are entering week 4 tomorrow.

Who grows in coco?Anyone grow in coco? My coco been staying wet for well over a week now. Prior to this I would water every couple days, then my plants turned yellow and stopped growing. Damping off? Or just damaged?Are they damping off?
They were outdoor in the sun almost whole day. They got droopy and I thought it is because they haven't been in the sun each day and are not used to warmth.
The stems are rather thin and I burried the highers part in soil from the edges to keep them right.
