Soak them in water for 24hrs next time.I always do it before putting them in paper. You can see half of them broken out after the first 24hrs so 2 days and the majority are out.

It can sometimes take up to 5 days for the germinated seeds to sprout (normally for me it's around 2-3), don't worry if they haven't sprouted yet. Your soil does look a little dry in the photos, but it could just be the images. I would recommend putting a clear plastic container over where the seed is, and spraying that with water, it will increase the humidity. Good luck!

waiting for the seeds to pop? sometimes they can take 3 - 4 days depending on germination method. Here's my method, never had a seed fail to pop. It's dead simple. 1)prepare pot and wet your substrate fully 24 hours before germination 2) Soak seeds for 30 - 60 mins in warmish water before germination 3) poke a hole in centre of pot with the back of a pencil about half inch deep and place seed in (add mychorzzae if you really want a boost and sprinkle this all over the hole) 4) gently poke the edges in to cover the seed, don't pack this tight - this allows the seed to push through but still protects from light damage. 5) keep under lights 6) profit (usually 2 - 3 days later) Hope this helps! Sorry if I've misunderstood the question! 2)
