Autos: Training or not?

So, I want to know your opnions on Auto training. So far I´ve done only LST to my girls, but I see a lot of people doing topping, mainlining, this stuff that I´m afraid of when it comes to autos.
And lately I´ve grown a plant without training as she´s fire compared to the trained

Lst is all I would do. They only have so long at life so the less stress is always better. Cutting on a baby is a lot of stress. Cheers

It's only my 2nd grow but from what I've read jus LST tucking leaves maybe very light defoliation, I will not defoliate unless I absolutely have to due to I did with my last ones and it def stunted them, my opinion again this is only my 2nd time. Good Luck Happy Growing.

Who knows their soil ecosystems? Do beneficial or harmful gasses escape or intrude soil when the top layer is broken?I'm using nectar for the gods I'm starting to get a chalky crust on the top layer of my soil. So, when I water. Short ass plant!I’m on week 4 of a fast eddy CBD autoflower grow. I had concerns about slow upward growth at week 2 but now on week 4 she’s only 2.5 inches tall. Everything else seems great and healthy but will she grow? I suspect she will start flowering in the next week so I’m puzzled

Auto flower?Out of all my plants only the one of them has really shown this much progression with flowering sites. Is it flowering already before I switched the lights? If so does that make it an auto flower? Also will it hurt my plant to have not changed to 12-12 yet?

PH problems (DWC)I'm using 5% acetic acid (vinegar) to lower the pH but with 6 hours it's always back up to the original pH. A similar bucket with no aeration remains stable. Is it because I'm using a weak acid? Is there any way to buffer the solution to keep it in the desirable range?

When will it start flowering?This plants is more than 7 weeks old right now. I got it as a gift, when it was 3-4 days old. It's soppose to be gorilla glue auto. But it didn't start flowering yet.
