Way too young to do anything yet. Wait until the third pair of leaves come then you can start a soft bend or topping

Little seedling having a hard timr So guys; I'm worried about this seedling. She's having trouble on keeping up with her sisters. I noticed a yelow color on their tinny tips 🤔 Cotiledons got brown pretty quickly too. She took longer to "open" the cotiledons after popping from the soil. Should I do something?? 🙏
