Purple stem in young plants

I germinated this Auto Purple and it has been 2 days since it developed and the stem is starting to turn purple. I am worried because I helped her to expel the seed husk and it ended up falling. Did I destroy the root? What you guys think about it?

Phosphorus? Potassium? CalMag? What is going on here?So in week 8 after flushing with EC 0.4 and giving extra PK 13/14 afterwards (EC 1.9) there are still problems occurring. I personally think it’s a deficiency of potassium and phosphorus. Can anybody give me some advice or tell me how to fix it? Thanks!

I have a problem with my auto.
I have purple stems and problems with the leaves.
The soil contains organic nutrients and mycos sometimes I add flowering boost from royalqueenseeds so I don't think it is P or K problem.
Is it a nitrogen deficiency ?

Calcium deficiency or overfed?Hi.
This is about my Apricot Auto which already suffered the yellow tips/edges. I took that as the result of heat/light stress.
Now she also developed discoloration and brown spots on some of the leaves. It looks like a Calcium deficiency to me, but I am quite uncertain.

Dark Green Leaves and Purple StemsPlant B has had no nutes its entire life in FFHF soil (3 weeks). Stems are a purplish color and starting to droop a little. Water is always pH'd around 6.3 but I haven't tested the runoff yet. Phosphorus deficiency? Heat Stress? Watering conflict? NL Photo just started flowering.
