Those are roots! just add little soil on top.😅 There is fungi called MYCORRHIZAE that looks similiar and its incredibly beneficial to cannabis plants https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-how-fungi-can-make-your-cannabis-plants-prosper-n357

Harbinger is correct, that looks like a root and root hairs. Cover it up and be gentle. Should be fine though, just keep an eye out for it to resurface as she ages. This is one of the reasons I dont do the paper towel method anymore and instead just drop my beans in a rapid rooter cube. If your soil is too tightly packed, it can also cause this.

that is actually a Root... looks more like a root then mold.. Mold has a different look... Looking at stuff and being confident is difficult... It may not actually be a root. but I am 80% sure it is a root.
