What is causing the buds to corkscrew?

1st time grower, curious as to why the bud is forming like this. Is it genetics or me moving the plant to much? The buds on this plant are just not as uniform as the 2nd plant.

that would be genetics, or strain, i have had a few to do that but still smoked good, they look good man with or with out cork screw

It should fill out. Looks like plain old genetics, but they should finish nicely.

Amber trichomes but only on the top of the cola. Ready to cut?One of my Honey peach is already showing around 15 - 20% amber trichomes but only at the very top of the plant. In the mid cola and lower buds there arent much of them. Should I cut or wait to get mor amber trichomes around the whole plant??
