Yellow leaves seedlings

Slow growth and yellow leaves. First time this happens with my seedlings. Probably something related with the new setup I'm using now: I have 2 CFL 6500K (23w each), about 5 inches away from the plants. Temperatures around 28~30 C and RH around 50~55. Medium is PROMIX seedlings.

Looks like it needs nitrogen although could be an overwatering issue. 5" seems a bit close but there's no evidence of burning so you might be good.

Looks like the soil is very light and so you need some feeding, the yellow bottom leaves are a sign of nitrogen deficiency, you need some grow nutes.

She has yellowing and dying leaves issue for a while now. I was giving more nutes lately to combat the issue. Now burnt tips say it is to many nutes. So I decided yesterday that I should water with a bit of calmag before next feeding at beggining of the week.

Leaf discoloration and deformation.Getting a weird discoloration that I can't match to anything I have seen. Even shows on some newer growth. Leaves deform a bit with it as well. Terminal diagnosis Looks like the grow will be a bust. Plant is close to death after dealing with deficiencies. I fixed some with calmag. Ph is acceptable. Moved the light up incase it was light burn. After a few days, it is still progressing. Botom leaves show overwatering. Top leaves are burn
