Looks like a thrip. Neem oil should be effective on them honestly so maybe you diluted it too much or maybe that's just a dead body? These little bastards will demolish your leaves. Try another neem oil treatment and if it doesnt work look up soapy treatments. If all else fails, buy some ladybugs online. They will destroy the the thrips like no ones business!

Thx a lot guys, frist time i diluited too much neem oil. After the second treatment they seems go away finally :)

That is 100% thrips. Get spinosad and treat entire plant and medium. They have a stage of life that pupate in the soil. Treating just the plants leaves will not push them back. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Plant being eaten by something...Something is snacking on my plant! Snail/slug, inchworm/caterpillar seem the likeliest culprits - cricket or grasshopper have similar bites but are a little large to get in the buckets and disappear, as I am home to check her. Any help is appreciated!
