Is it safe to use Apple Cider Vinegar to Ph down? I’m assuming it is but I smell it in the water and it makes me wonder.

It'll work fine, but get some pH down. I know organics growers are torn on this but unless you're trying to get USDA certified, I strongly recommend it.

Hi,
I dont use apple cider vinegar but i use plain white Vinegar.
And yes you can use the cider vinegar for ph down.
Try adding A few drops to your water with nutrients(shake well) then do ph test until you get ratio you want.
I use 1.5 to 2ml of white vinegar per 8 litres of rain water and a bit more for tap water.

I have never personally used it as pH down but I have seen many growers on multiple forums who only use this as pH down with no negative effects. You are correct, it is safe to use.

Nutriboss v wand problem.My nutriboss is showing my ph as 5.8 but when I double check with a separate wand ph tester it shows my ph as 6.4. Big difference I used buffer on both the nutriboss and the external wand and both are fine. Wtf could my nutriboss ph probe need replacing??

Need Partial Harvest AdviceIn week 3 of flower, WW RQS FEM PHOTO, still another 6 weeks to go.
