So i got the hang of doing lst. I started off really early with all on the lst. The plant is fairly close to the ground. Can I undo the lst and let them grow a bit tall and then re do the lst later? Or leave it as it is and let them grow as is?

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?

Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?

OUTDOOR !! || LST on AUTOsNever had a satisfying LST when growing Autos outdoor, my idea is that suboptimal conditions of outdoor enviroment lead to slowed veg (compared to indoor) and low stretch. To LST or not to LST?I have 2 healthy Automaria II, paradise seeds, 3 weeks after germination and 16 cm tall, on the balcony and I am tempted to bend one of them and practice some LST of FIMming to see the difference. I don’t know.. I don’t want to risk the final harvest quantity.. Any advise?
